• Main PLC: 1x Failsafe Siemens S7-1510SP F-1 PN for reliable, safety-compliant control.

• HMI: 1x 15-inch Siemens Comfort Panel for intuitive operator interface.

• Servos: 2x S210 servo drives and 8x Kollmorgen servo drives for precise motion control of all axes.

• Drives: 9x G120C Siemens VSD’s

• Robot: 1x 7-axis Fanuc robot programmed for accurate, repeatable resin application.
